What is the Employability Booster Workshop?

Job searching can be challenging, but we are ready to help you maximise your skills and confidence for better results.

The #SheEmployed fully-funded Employability Booster Workshop is a transformative programme that prepares participants to put their best selves forward in their search for better career opportunities.

As a participant in our workshop, you will be able to

  • Identify your strengths and transferable skills
  • Update your resume to be relevant and purposeful
  • Prepare for interviews with confidence
  • Design a job search action plan tailored to your needs and career aspirations

We will also provide up to two free counselling sessions* to help you through the stress of job search. In addition, you will also receive a free 1-on-1 CV review with our course instructor.

    Confirm Your Place in the Workshop

    Upon review of your personal particulars, our team will reach out to inform you of your eligibility for the fully-funded workshop.

  4. 4

    Attend a brief Zoom Orientation session

    Once you've confirmed your place in the cohort, you will be asked to complete a pre-workshop and to attend a brief Zoom Orientation session to successfully navigate the platform during the workshop.

Requirements
#SheEmployed programmes are open to women:

  • between the ages of 18 and 35 years old
  • not currently in full-time employment
  • with permission to work in Singapore (e.g. Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and LTVP+ holders)
  • with an average household income below SGD5,000 a month
  • If you do not meet all the requirements above, your application will still be considered on a case-to-case basis
