Our vision: A career-launching job for every young person and mid-career professionals looking to re-enter the job market or switch careers. Generation is working to make this vision a reality through our global employment programmes.
Our mission: To empower young people and mid career professionals build thriving, sustainable careers and to provide employers the highly-skilled, motivated talent they need.
Employers face a range of problems in entry level jobs—difficulty finding skilled talent, low performance on-the-job and high turnover in important roles. We can help address all of these challenges with our unique hands-on learning approach, employer input based curricula and our pre-screened, determined graduates. In Singapore, Generation is collaborating with SkillsFuture Singapore together with post-secondary institutions (polytechnics and ITEs) to develop demand-driven ‘train & place’ programmes through the SkillsFuture Work-Learn Bootcamp(WLB).
