Rasyidah Redha

Programme Associate

Rasyidah studied Sociology and Organisational Behaviour in Human Resource, and has always been passionate about working in the non-profit space — especially in roles that allow her to help others. Her journey with Generation started as an intern, where she had a truly positive experience, and she is excited to now be part of the team full-time.

Outside of work, Rasyidah is a big fan of TV shows. She also enjoys reading, gaming occasionally, and never says no to snacks while working (with Hello Panda, Maltesers, Wan Wan, and sweets among her favourites). With her sweet tooth and love for connecting with people, Rasyidah brings both warmth and energy to the team.
