Fadhilah Abdul Rahman Zamawi

Fadhilah Abdul Rahman Zamawi graduated at Oxford University’s Blavatnik School of Government Master in Public Policy in 2021. She's currently the Assistant Director, Economic Policy (PWM) at
National Trades Union Congress (NTUC).
Prior to this, Fadhilah played several roles within Generation. Most recently, she was the Partnerships Manager for Asia Pacific (APAC) at Generation. In this capacity, Fadhilah managed the organisation's exciting portfolio of flagship partnerships in the APAC region, as well as catalysed the growth this portfolio. Fadhilah had also spent some time as the Program Lead for the Digital Marketing & Branding program in Singapore – where she worked alongside the local delivery partners in the co-implementation of the program and the capability building of the local team.
Before Generation, Fadhilah was a management consultant for McKinsey & Company’s public and social sector practice for 4 years. During this time, she worked across multiple countries, including Malaysia, Sri Lanka and New Zealand, advising government agencies, multilateral organisations, and non-profit institutions on strategic planning, resource/capital allocation and policy/regulation.
As part of her volunteer work, Fadhilah was one of the founding members of The Codette Project, Deputy Vice Persident (Partners) of Conjunct Consulting and is currently the Program Director for the EXPLORE program under Young Mendaki Club, a program that seekers to equip 14-17 year olds with the tools to break down society-driven narratives and understand their unique strengths to help them better navigate their career journeys.
Fadhilah graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with a B.B.A. (Accountancy) and as a scholar from the University Scholars Program (USP).
