People, Culture and Volunteer Manager

With a passion for people development and community engagement, Ella began her career interning at social organisations like The Thought Collective and Halogen Foundation Singapore. After graduating from London School of Economics with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, she experienced a gap year, working at TheSmartLocal doing events and My Working Title, getting certified as a Career SUPERDRIVE Facilitator, going through her own journey of career discovery.

In 2019, Ella joined us at Generation Singapore with her ability to empathise and desire to serve jobseekers and the community, coordinating Alumni. Today, Ella is our Community Engagement Manager, where she strategises and supports the Operations Team with initiatives to improve the learners’ experience, mentorship, alumni programming and volunteers.

Ella seeks to empower individuals to be their best selves and in her free time, strives to improve herself through having philosophical conversations about life, productivity and learning new skills like Korean, singing and cooking.
