Caroline Rogers
Programme Manager
Caroline comes to Generation Singapore from a background in adult education. She taught English as a foreign language in the United States, South Korea, and Vietnam before moving to Singapore, where she was able to direct her career path into the social impact world. Leveraging her extensive experience in facilitation and curriculum design, she has worked as a program manager for local nonprofit organizations such as Aidha and ItsRainingRaincoats. Caroline is particularly interested in communication in intercultural and cross-disciplinary contexts, and is eager to help Generation learners as they cross new bridges on their own career journeys. Caroline herself is a life-long learner: she practices capoeira, is an avid reader, and studies Hokkien from her Ah Mah-in-law.
