Ju Min Wong

Ju Min is the Head of People Strategy at Grab. She is passionate about combining talent topics with strategy to deliver better business performance. Her current focus is to drive the longer-term people strategy and continue to transform the operating model to be ready for growth and a different stage of maturity.

Prior to Grab, Ju Min was a consultant at McKinsey for more than a decade, spending close to a decade in the London office before moving back home to the Singapore office. Having spent significant time in SE Asia, China and Europe, she truly enjoys how diverse environments and different kinds of people can come together to bring about tremendous impact in the broader community.

Prior to joining Generation Singapore as a BOD, she was a Trustee of South Acton (London) Skills and Arts Collaborative Charity which provides English, Computer Skills and Sewing classes to disadvantaged women. As a dedicated women-only resource center, it reached many minority groups with preferred gender segregation that other charities cannot access. Ju Min also has a DPhil (PhD) from Oxford in Science & Tech studies, and a double Masters in Engineering and Management Research, also from Oxford.
