CAUTION: Generation Singapore has been alerted to an incident where members of the public received messages claiming to be Generation Singapore. The profile photo on the fake account showed a picture of the Generation logo. We have already filed a police report on this matter.

This is a scam. Members of the public who receive such messages are advised of the following;

  • Be vigilant. If you receive such messages, ignore them. DO NOT click any links.
  • DO NOT transfer any money to the caller, either via remittance agencies, banks or any other means.
  • DO NOT provide your personal information such as name, identification number, passport, bank account or credit card details, and OTP.

To verify the authenticity of the messages you receive or alert us of any incident, contact us via our email contactsg@generation.org or 97887434. Do take note that our official email addresses ends with “generation.org”.

We take such incidents seriously, as they undermine public trust in Generation Singapore. If you have information related to such incidents, call the anti-scam hotline at 1800 722 6688 or report it to https://www.scamshield.org.sg/report/.
