Learn in-demand skills through our part-time (3 full days a week) training programme, combining theory, hands-on roleplay, and field trips to healthcare settings, to build the technical and soft skills needed for a fulfilling career as a Patient Service Associate.

Wraparound Support

We provide each learner with customised mentoring and comprehensive wellness support to help them thrive throughout the boot camp and beyond. This includes affordable counselling services, guidance on programme pathways, and a strong peer network offering mutual support in the field of healthcare.
