Join our training program to become a Junior Full Stack Developer. No experience required, we’ve got you covered!
As part of the SGUnited Mid-Careers Pathways Program Company Training (SGUP-CT), you’ll get the skills and training you need to get a job as a Junior Full Stack Developer. The program is delivered full-time in a blended model (online & in-person) for 5 days a week over a 9 month period (3 months bootcamp + 6 months apprenticeship). This includes technical training combined with hands-on projects and activities designed in consultation with employer partners and employability skills development to prepare you for your job search.
After the completion of the bootcamp, Generation Singapore will match you to one of our employer partners to continue to hone your skills through a 6-month paid apprenticeship, during which you will apply what you have learned in the bootcamp in a real-life scenario, and continue you to pursue learning advanced topics to secure industry certifications from Microsoft.

Temasek Polytechnic and Generation will conduct relevant skills training for young professionals and mid-career jobseekers impacted by the economic consequences of COVID-19 and increase their accessibility to in-demand entry-level tech roles. What does a Junior Full-Stack Developer do?
A Junior Full-Stack Developer works with a team of developers to create new websites and applications. The junior designation means you work under the supervision of senior developers in your department, but you may be involved in all stages of the project, from brainstorming to final testing. As a Junior Full-Stack Developer, you review web design needs and preferences and provide advice on website maintenance.

Participants will learn relevant behavioral, mindset and technical skills through a full-time training that integrates real industry scenarios with hands-on projects and case studies. After completing the programme, graduates will be able to undertake the following responsibilities:
- Effectively apply problem-solving skills to identify solutions to resolve project related issues
- Consistently and proactively run tests to check code is correct
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with coworkers and other stakeholders using a variety of platforms such as Git Participants may look forward to job interviews opportunities during and upon completion of the programme
