    Come for an orientation

    Get excited! We will invite you for an orientation where we will present the programme and how WLB helps you.

  3. 45 minutes 3

    Take an online assessment

    We want to make sure you find the right programme for yourself. This short assessment will be to check your basic industry knowledge, English and Maths.There are no grades and you don’t need to prepare for this!

  4. 30 minutes 4

    In-person interview

    We want to support you in your learning journey. We will use this time to find out more about your motivation for and expectations from the course.

  5. 5

    Call back and email

    We will call you within one week of the interview to let you know if you’ve been selected for the program. You will also get an email with the offer.

  6. 6

    Class starts

    Class starts on September 30, 2019 at ITE College Central. Every day you’ll learn new skills to advance your career!

Requirements

  • 18 years and above
  • Singapore Citizens or PRs
  • Keen to start a full time job immediately after completion of training, subject to getting a job offer

What is the Customer Service Associate program?

You will have a chance to experience real life situations, practice communication and conflict resolution and increase your knowledge on the technical know-how of customer service. The programme is designed to help you succeed!

  • Technical skills: We’ll help you learn the technical skills with hands-on, interactive and problem-solving sessions.
  • Behavior & Mindsets: In every job there are key skills that will help you succeed. We’ll help you with developing important communication skills and can-do attitude that’ll benefit you in your career!
