Senior Programme Manager

With a vested interest to support individuals navigate the changing world of work, Bethany joined Generation Singapore as a Programme Manager. Her work involves the implementation of Generation’s programmes and relationship building with employer partners to address talent needs and advocate inclusive hiring practices. Prior to Generation, she worked in a public policy school, strengthening relations between government officials and academia. She also had stints in the public sector advocating youth development initiatives and enterprise growth efforts. Bethany enjoys reading about current affairs, cycling, and dabbling in digital illustration and painting in her downtime. Also a self-professed bubble tea connoisseur.
